  • Added §9.2 annual subscription cancellation clarification: unused months remaining in an annual billing period are non-refundable on cancellation, with ACL carve-out preserved.
  • Replaced vague §9.6 grace-period language with a deterministic dunning timeline: 5-day grace period (full access), read-only restriction after Day 5, subscription cancellation after approximately Day 14 with 30-day data export window.
  • Added §9.10 Billing Period Changes: monthly-to-annual switches take effect immediately with prorated credit; annual-to-monthly switches are scheduled at period end with no refund for remaining annual months.

  • Corrected §9.3 Plan Upgrades: clarified that prorated credits for unused time are applied against the first charge for the upgraded plan (not forfeited).
