Replaced vague §9.6 grace-period language with a deterministic dunning timeline: 5-day grace period (full access), read-only restriction after Day 5, subscription cancellation after approximately Day 14 with 30-day data export window.
Added §9.10 Billing Period Changes: monthly-to-annual switches take effect immediately with prorated credit; annual-to-monthly switches are scheduled at period end with no refund for remaining annual months.
