- Added §9.2 annual subscription cancellation clarification: unused months remaining in an annual billing period are non-refundable on cancellation, with ACL carve-out preserved.
- Replaced vague §9.6 grace-period language with a deterministic dunning timeline: 5-day grace period (full access), read-only restriction after Day 5, subscription cancellation after approximately Day 14 with 30-day data export window.
- Added §9.10 Billing Period Changes: monthly-to-annual switches take effect immediately with prorated credit; annual-to-monthly switches are scheduled at period end with no refund for remaining annual months.

- Expanded Terms §9 (Billing) to cover free trial periods, trial-to-paid conversion, and trial billing cadence (§9.1).
- Added §9.2 Cancellation: separate treatment for trial cancellation vs. paid subscription cancellation, grace-period cancellation, and consultant/enterprise plan procedures.
- Corrected §9.3 Plan Upgrades: clarified that prorated credits for unused time are applied against the first charge for the upgraded plan (not forfeited).
- Added §9.6 Failed Payments and Access Suspension: grace period, access restriction, and data retention after suspension.
- Added §9.7 Trial Eligibility and Anti-Abuse: grounds for denying or revoking a trial (disposable email, duplicate payment methods, repeated trial creation, fraud).

- Aligned all trial UI copy to avoid absolute payment guarantees; standardised on 'Cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges'.

- Corrected AI stateless-inference claim in Security Overview §6.
- Published Acceptable Use Policy v1.0 covering prohibited use, AI feature restrictions, consultant obligations, and export controls.
- Legal Changelog split into standalone page (/legal-changelog) separate from product changelog.
