Version 1.0 • Effective: June 2026 • See Legal Changelog

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the Audit-IQ platform ("Service"), operated by RIO ENTERPRISE, India. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all accounts, users, and organisations using the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

You must not upload, submit, or process through the Service:

  • Content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes any third-party rights
  • Content containing malicious code, malware, viruses, ransomware, or other harmful software
  • Documents or data you do not have the legal right to process, share, or upload
  • Content designed to deceive, impersonate, or manipulate other users or systems
  • Personally identifiable information that would be unlawful to process without appropriate consent or legal basis

2. Prohibited platform use

You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the Service or any component of it
  • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to extract data from the Service beyond normal product use
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent authentication, access controls, rate limits, or security features
  • Use the Service to create a competing product, resell access without authorisation, or offer the Service to third parties as a standalone service
  • Access or probe parts of the Service you are not authorised to access
  • Use the Service in a way that intentionally degrades performance or availability for other users

3. AI feature use

Audit-IQ's AI-assisted features are designed for legitimate compliance and governance workflows.

You must not use AI features to:

  • Generate or distribute misleading, fabricated, or fraudulent compliance reports

  • Process data in a manner inconsistent with applicable privacy or data protection laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to extract, reconstruct, or infer information about Audit-IQ's AI systems, training data, or proprietary methods

AI-generated outputs are advisory only and must not be relied upon as legal, regulatory, or audit conclusions without independent professional review.

5. Legal and regulatory compliance

You must use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • Privacy and data protection laws applicable to your jurisdiction and to the data you process
  • Export control and sanctions laws — you must not use the Service if you are located in, or acting on behalf of an entity located in, a jurisdiction subject to applicable trade sanctions or export controls that would prohibit use of the Service
  • Intellectual property laws governing documents and materials you upload
  • Sector-specific regulations applicable to your industry and organisation
